Prices are in USD. The price in Euro depends on the current exchange rate at the time of booking.
Prices include the use of water and electricity up to a maximum of 10 kW p.p.p.d.
Cleaning once a week (plus change of linen) is included (Villa Condor)
Cleaning every 3rd day (plus change of linen) is included (The Shore)
Children between 0 and 2 years stay for free.

Up to 14 nights, prices mentioned above
For 15 to 28 nights, a discount of 5%.
For 28 nights or more, please contact us for your personal offer
* For The Shore, for 5th and 6the guest, a surcharge of USD 30 per person per night
