This luxury villa for 8 is situated on a cliff by the sea and is located next to the private beach of the resort. You enter the villa through the carport from the front garden with palm trees. The building is built excellently towards the wind, making the terraces very nice and cool. The villa has a living space of 300 m2 and is fully air-conditioned, all bedrooms as well as the living room.

The villa has 4 luxurious bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor.

Two bedrooms have a king size bed (extra long). The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds each. The master bedroom on the first floor has its own covered terrace with 2 large lounge chairs. The master bedroom also has a mezzanine with 2 single beds.

The bathrooms are luxuriously equipped with double washbasin and a hair dryer, a shower and toilet.

On the ground floor there is also a separate guest toilet.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a large cupboard and a dining table. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped, including a Boretti electric stove with 5 burners, a microwave, American refrigerator with ice maker, Nespresso coffee machine and a of course a dishwasher.

The villa has 2 large terraces with spectacular see and lagoon views. Located across the Dolphin Academy, you can see dolphins jumping right in front of you!

The covered terrace has a lounge area and an outdoor dining table for 8 people. This terrace adjoins the private pool. In addition, there is a sun terrace with outdoor chairs and 4 lounge beds.

The separate laundry room provides all bed-, bath- and kitchen linen, including beach towels. A washer and dryer are located in a separate cabinet.

The villa is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi and 2 flat-screen TVs including stereo and US, Dutch and international TV channels.
